We have been serving Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, Westchester, Putnum and Dutchess counties for more than 31 years. We are a family owned and operated company that prides itself on quality products and service. Paul Hurlbut - Owner and Vice President
Partnered with Fred Hurlbut in 1983 to help build the business. One of the most intelligent and experienced water treatment professionals in the business.
Andrew Hurlbut - Owner and General Manager
Son of Fred Hurlbut, worked as helper on the trucks in high school. Started full time after graduating from the UCONN in 1996. Andrew handles almost all customer related matters.
Chris Hurlbut - Service Technician and Installer
Son of Fred Hurlbut, Chris worked as a helper on the vans in junior high school and high school. Began fulltime work in 1994.
Dave Humphrey - Installer
Dave started in 2002 and is one of our main installers. Dave can install a simple cartridge filter and also the most complicated whole house reverse osmosis systems.
Jeff Fortin - Service Technician
Jeff started in our warehouse at 18 years old in 1999. He has been in the field as a service technician for more than 8 years.
Ana K. - Office Manager/Customer Service
Ana has been with us since 2001. Ana does most of our scheduling of annual and regular service customers. She also troubleshoots basic problems over the phone.
Dave B. - Head Service Technician
Also known as "The Professor", Dave worked at Culligan for more than 10 years before joining our team in 2001. Dave is capable of solving any problem.
DJ Brantner - Service Technician
DJ is the son of Dave B. and has been with us since the beginning of 2010. DJ has quickly picked up the water treatment business and is now a service technician.
Noris - Service Technician/Well Pump Technician
Noris' family has been in the water treatment business since the 1980's as well. He worked for a local well pump outfit for 12 years before joining us in the summer of 2011.
Eric - Installer
Eric started with us in 2006. Having a mechanical background he has quickly become an expert installer and service technician.
Doug B. - Service Technician in training
Doug started with us in the summer of 2011 and is a fast learner. Already capable of doing service on his own, he will be in the field servicing water treatment systems soon.
Bob F. - Warehouse Manager/ Service Technician/Installer
Bob has been with us since the summer of 2007. Bob helps to keep the ship running smoothly by making sure we have everything we need to service our customers.
Ron Marquis - Controller
Ron was the best man at Fred's wedding and has been paying the bills for Professional Water Systems since the beginning.
